Winter is just around the corner! For thousands of years, folks have been slipping their hands into mittens when the temperatures drop. Now is your chance to make a pair of mittens that can keep you warm for many winters to come. You will learn how to cut and sew your mittens in size small, medium, or large.
This is a beginner friendly sewing class, though some hand dexterity is required.
*If you have your own sewing machine that you like to use, please bring it to class!
About the Instructor: Ozzie Reif is passionate about working with his hands and teaching outdoor skills. He first fell in love with the Northwoods working as a canoe guide, and he has since learned that winters up north can be equally as loveable. Ozzie has found that sewing is a great way to help people connect with their gear and the environment.
