About the instructor: Valerie Jedlicki is an Elyite with a passion for cooking and meal prep! Valerie previously had a busy career working in the financial industry and found it hard to find time to cook homemade meals for her family each night. That’s when she discovered and started testing out meal prep recipes! She found it much easier to prep meals when she had time (which many times was late night when her kids went to bed) and store them in the fridge or freezer until she was ready to cook them. After testing and making hundreds of meal prep recipes, she’s discovered you can meal prep just about anything – dinners, snacks, breakfasts, desserts, etc.! She’s excited to share her recipes and passion for meal prep with you!
