Join us for our first-ever meal prep class! Taking time to prep meals now and cook them later is a great way to help organize your life! In this class you’ll be hands-on chopping and assembling three dinner meals that serve 4 or more people. You’ll take the meals home with you and pop them in your freezer, then cook them whenever is convenient for you! The three dinners you’ll be assembling and leaving with are: Swedish meatballs (made with turkey meatballs), white chicken chili and beef enchiladas.
Materials that will be provided for you at class:
All food ingredients and spices
Ziploc bags for meal assembly and storage

About the instructor, Valerie Jedlicki: is new Elyite with a passion for cooking and meal prep! Valerie previously had a busy career working in the financial industry and found it hard to find time to cook homemade meals for her family each night. That’s when she discovered and started testing out meal prep recipes! She found it much easier to prep meals when she had time (which many times was late night when her kids went to bed) and store them in the fridge or freezer until she was ready to cook them. After testing and making hundreds of meal prep recipes, she’s discovered you can meal prep just about anything – dinners, snacks, breakfasts, deserts, etc.! She’s excited to share her recipes and passion for meal prep with you!
